Multidisciplinary artist

About
Holly Robinson is a multidisciplinary artist whose works respond to the lived disabled experience. With interests in the access of society, crip time and advocacy their works move to highlight the inequality within the gallery space. Living and working out of semi-rural Southeast England means an affection for the natural world is ingrained within their practice. From floral close-ups to the inclusion of plants within instillation, their work explores the connection between the freedom of nature and the restriction of disabled movement. Throughout the development of their work whilst studying at Camberwell College of Arts their practice has moved towards installation, to be able to utilise sites, textures, materials and lighting to immerse and include the audience within the piece.
